Profile of Deputy Director (Administration) and HOD(Training and Development)

Ms. Zainab Muhammad Yakasai, B.A., PGDPPA, MPPA, IPMA is the Deputy Director(Administration) and Head (Training and Development ) with the Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC), Abuja. She is a seasoned administrator and Toastmaster with over 25 years of dedicated and distinguished service at the Commission.

Ms. Yakasai possesses extensive knowledge in Human Resources Management as well as vast experience in Public Relations matters, having attended many training sessions on human relations management both internationally and within Nigeria. She is known for her strong commitment to transparency, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Her outstanding contributions have earned her several recognitions, including a Certificate of Commendation in 2011/12.

Personal Mission Statement: "My mission is to live a life rooted in compassion, integrity, and continuous learning, and also to lead with passion and purpose, making a difference in the lives of others."

She serves as Acting Head of the Department of Training and Development, Head of the Public Relations Unit, Ad Hoc Committee Chairman for the Board of Survey, Ad Hoc Committee Chairman for Biometric Review, and Treasurer of the BUKAA Toastmasters Club, Abuja.
